Your name and email (and phone, if you give it) go to the organizer of this event — they are who your ticket is issued by, and how you get a new copy if it goes missing. Your payment goes straight to their bank account, so the money never passes through us, and the reference on your transfer is how they match it to your tickets. We never ask for a card number or your bank details here. 30 days after the event, your name and email are erased from our system for good — the organizer keeps their sales count, but not you.

Once confirmed, we keep your email for Unknown’s announcements only — it is not erased after the event like the rest of your details, because you asked to hear more.
