Your name and email (and phone, if you give it) go to the seller — they are who your collection code is issued by, and how you get a new copy if it goes missing. Your payment goes straight to their bank account, so the money never passes through us, and the reference on your transfer is how they match it to your collection codes. We never ask for a card number or your bank details here. 30 days after you collect, your name and email are erased from our system for good — the seller keeps their sales count, but not you.
