About this item
Palpali dhaka, handwoven, and stiffened properly so it holds its shape rather than collapsing into a fabric hat after a month.
Dhaka is a supplementary-weft cotton weave — the geometric pattern is woven in on the loom, thread by thread, not printed on afterwards. That is why no two lengths are identical, why the reverse side shows the working, and why one topi takes a weaver a serious part of a day.
Tell me your head circumference in centimetres when you order. Measure round, just above the ears, with a soft tape — a topi that is a size out looks wrong immediately and cannot really be adjusted.
Spot clean only. Never a washing machine, and never wring it.

Nobody has reviewed Dhaka topi (Palpali) yet.
A review here can only be written by somebody who ordered this item and paid for it — there is no other way in, and neither the seller nor we can add one — so a new shelf starts empty and stays that way until a real buyer has something to say.
