About this item
Buffalo, cut thin, spiced and air-dried until it is genuinely hard. This is not jerky as a supermarket sells it: it is drier, saltier, and it is meant to be a snack with drinks or the base of a dish, not a soft chew.
Eat it as it is, torn into small pieces. Or do what most people do with it — a hot dry pan for a minute, then sukuti sadeko with red onion, tomato, coriander, timur, chilli and mustard oil, which turns 150g into something four people pick at all evening.
It contains buffalo meat, salt, chilli, timur and mustard oil. Keep it sealed and dry; it does not need the fridge until it is opened.
