About this item
If you make momo often you have your own mix; if you do not, this is a good one — cumin, coriander, black pepper, timur, cardamom, cinnamon and a little ginger and garlic powder, ground together the way a Kathmandu momo kitchen would. A tablespoon per half kilo of filling, plus your onion, ginger, garlic and coriander leaf. It is a spice mix and not a flavouring: it does nothing on its own and everything with the meat. Keeps for a good six months in the tin.
