About this item
Sinki is radish that has been packed in a pit, fermented and dried, and it is sourer and earthier than gundruk — some people prefer it, some people cannot be in the room with it. Soak it, then cook it into the same kind of soup, or fry it with potato for the sour side that cuts through a heavy meal. It keeps for a year if you keep it dry. Five packets, because the importer only brings a case now and then.
