About this item
Rara was Nepal's first instant noodle and it still has its people — thinner strands, softer once cooked, a plainer seasoning that takes a beaten egg and a spoon of achar well. Ten packets, because it is not a dry-snack noodle and nobody eats it thirty at a time. Wheat, and the seasoning has soy. Cook it two and a half minutes and not four; it goes to mush if you leave it.
